How to prevent stretch marks on the breast

Stretch marks on breasts occur as a result of puberty, pregnancy, and weight gain. Stretch marks are visible lines on the skin with an off-color. Stretch marks can pop up anytime in your lifetime if the skin becomes ripped, weak or tear due to the increase in the size of your breasts. They also appear when breast get smaller too fast. Over the time they may diminish but will not disappear completely.

There are many things you can do to prevent stretch marks on your breasts. Home remedies always do wonder on stretch marks.

Cocoa Shea Butter

Apply cocoa & Shea butter to your breasts daily. This natural butter has vitamins like A, C, B1, B2, B3 and help to your skin to be resistant to stretch marks and to keep the skin pliable.

Healthy Diet

Consume healthy diet. If you are not nourished properly, your skin will suffer. Take vitamins like C & E, Nutrients, zinc and silica or get the vitamins from fresh foods whenever possible rather than supplements.

Massage

Massage your skin every day with moisturizer and massage glove. It can help to increase circulation. So blood and nutrients can more easily reach the area.

Baby Oil

Rub Baby Oil on your breasts. It is highly hydrating & keeps your skin supple.

Drink Water

Drink as enough water everyday so your skin can remain hydrated and supple. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Cocoa Butter Almond Oil

Take ¼ cup of cocoa butter, 2 tbsp of almond oil, 2 tbsp of olive oil, few drops of lemon juice, 5 vitamin E capsules, and 1 tbsp of honey. Mix these ingredients to make a cream. Gently massage the cream on affected area. You can do this twice a day for 2-3 months and you can see the visible results.

These ingredients are anti-aging and have the moisturizing property that work well to reduce the look of stretch marks.

Coffee Powder

Coffee contains antioxidants with anti-inflammatory compounds that aid your skin to stay more elastic and fresh.

Take coffee about 2-3 tbsp in a bowl, add 2-3 teaspoon sugar then add olive oil, mix it well to make a scrub. Apply this on stretch marks in a circular motion. Do this daily for better results.

Castor or Olive Oil with Lemon

Take 1 tbsp of castor or olive oil, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 vitamin E capsule; mix it together in a jar. Apply this mixture on the affected area and massage it in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes. Do this for a couple of days. You see the difference.

You can also keep it in a fridge for a week or a month.

These can make stretch skin softer and also reduces the dry appearance.  Try applying a  cream on the affected area to see positive results after two weeks of regular application.
